Mannoj Kumar Jain

The Founder Chairman of the Jain Group of Industries is a visionary entrepreneur who laid the foundation of the Group with a commitment to build the Organization as a progressive and profitable institution focused on sustainable growth with an inclusive Corporate Social Responsibility program.

Mr. Jain had an early start in the world of business and shouldered responsibilities with keen interest displaying strong business acumen. He foresaw the specific thrust for all round infrastructure development in India. An intelligent thinker, a pro-active leader with expertise in strategic planning, execution & management, Mr. Jain has led the Groups diversification into Steel, Power, Energy, and Realty. He is the Group Chairman.

Ashok K Chadha

Ashok K Chadha has over 40 years of experience in the industry across various verticals and functions from Manufacturing to Finance both Nationally and Internationally. He has worked with prestigious companies like ICI Plc (29 yrs) and Haldia Petrochemicals. He has been the President Indo Rama Synthetics Ltd, Director and CEO of Shamken Group of Companies, COO LML, CEO Escorts and Executive Director, Avenue Capital Group, Asset Management, Asia. He joined the Jain Group in the year 2009 and has been instrumental in converting the Chairman’s vision into an effective and implementable Strategy. He has overseen Business Plans to deliver sustainable and profitable growth while shepherding the Groups transition into an Institution, encompassing corporate governance and values. Mr. Chadha is the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Jain Infraprojects Ltd. and Managing Director of Jain Energy Ltd.; apart from being on the board of the other Group Companies.

Rekha Mannoj Jain
Is one of the Founder Directors of the Group. Actively involved in the Group’s business activity, she oversees day-to-day administration of the Group Companies.
Shashi Kumar
Mr. Shashi Kumar was the Chairman cum Managing Director of Coal India Ltd. He has more than 35 years of experience in the Mining Industry. Mr. Kumar is a Science Graduate and Mining Engineer. He is also the Advisor (Coal) to NTPC Ltd. the leading power major of Govt. of India. He is currently on the Board of Jain Energy Ltd.
Mr. Sushil Kumar Dangi
Mr. Dangi, aged about 57 years, is the Independent Director of the Company. He is M.Com, PGDBIM, AASM, AMIMA-USA, Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in Senior Level Business Management activities. He is also associated with Hanuman Group as Director Finance. He has worked with Tirumala Seven Hills Private Limited - As Director Corporate and B E Pumps Private Limited - As General Manager (Finance). He is a fellow penal member of the Indian Council of Arbitration. He is actively participating in various Editorial Board and Taxation Committees (FICA).
Sunder Shyam Dua

Mr. Sunder Shyam Dua is an Independent Director with 47 years of experience in the field of installation, operation and maintenance of Thermal Power Plants and in Transmission & Distribution of Electricity. He was actively involved in the Take-over and Operations of the Delhi & Orissa Distribution Systems by the Private Sector. Mr. Dua is BSC. Engg (Elect), IIPE, FIE, and has the experience of working in renowned PSU’S like BSES, NTPC etc. He held the post of Acting Chairman & Managing Director of BSES Ltd. prior to retirement. He is presently on the Board of Jain Infraprojects Ltd.

Ravindra Gupta

Mr. Ravindra Gupta has 44 years of extensive experience and expertese in the field of Industry, Information Technology & Civil Aviaion both in the Indian and International arena. He Joined the prestigious Indian Administrative Service, the higher management cadre of the Government of India (GOI), in 1966. Was in the permanent employ of GOI till retirement in April, 2002. He was also the Chairman of the Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction from 2005-07. Presently he is appointed as an Independent Director of Jain Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. 21/10/2010.
