Infraprojects Ltd is the flagship company of the Jain Group. JIL has a pan India presence with branches in Delhi, Patna, Lucknow, Bangalore and also has a strategic office in Sharjah (U.A.E.).
An ISO 9001:2000 company, JIL has emerged as a dominant player in the Construction of Roads, Institutional Buildings like Hospitals and Colleges, Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, Water & Sewerage Distribution System and Civil engineering works.
As India strives to upgrade its Infrastructure, comprising Roads and Highways, this sector will gain even more importance in the near future.
JIL has entered the Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) segment where it would create Infrastructure with its own capital, operate it for a pre-defined period and thereafter transfer the ownership to the government
JIL has executed several road construction projects on a turnkey basis which includes designing, defining specifications and execution. At present it is executing projects in West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh.
JIL has international presence in North Africa and the Middle East. It has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with MIDAS Information Technology Company Limited, South Korea, for providing structural engineering services, including, structural schematic design (SD) and structural design development (DD) for projects undertaken by the Company.
A MoU has been established between GMP International and JIL for participating in the bidding process and executing the proposed sports township to be developed at Dharsa Moktarpur & Mohammad Mouzas in Rajarhat, Kolkata. Under the MoU, GMP International would be the architects. The parties have agreed to amalgamate their experience, expertise and resource pool.

Jain Infra Global – F.Z.E. (“Jain Global”) is a subsidiary of JIL in U.A.E. Jain Infra Global has been formed mainly to carry out general trading activities and deals in infrastructure products and allied services with a vision to leverage the vast construction potential in the Middle East.
A major milestone in the Group’s overseas operations is the formation of a joint venture between Jain Infraprojects Ltd (JIL) and National Housing & Utilities Company (NAHUCO) of the Government of Libya (on a 65:35 basis) formed for execution of the prestigious Tarunha Utilities Project. Tarunha is a small town 80 kms from the capital city Tripoli. The project is for the construction of Water Networks; Storm Water Networks; Rainwater Networks; Road Networks and Telecom & Electrical Networks.
