Projects are currently in development phase in the state of West Bengal (Kolkata, Asansol, Siliguri ),Mumbai (Thane), Noida & other places of India.

Projects include a commercial complex on Shakespeare Sarani and a high end residential duplex bungalow project in Alipore, Kolkata. A commercial complex at Asansol and a residential complex at Siliguri in West Bengal are also coming up.
